a. Guitar Lessons and Tutorials: We offer digital guitar lessons and tutorials. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. Returns for Non-Damaged Items: If you wish to return a non-damaged physical product for a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
